  • How to cook handmade noodles

    Salt and water are two major ingredients in the production of handmade noodles. When cooking, make sure you put in enough water so that the noodles will not stick together. Put in the noodles when water boils, wait for about 50 seconds and stir well. Prepare a bowl of water (ice water is ideal for better texture) and soak the cooked noodles in for while. This will greatly reduce the salt in the noodles and produce an even better taste.

    Season according to your own preferences. With pasta sauce, it will acquire an Italian flavor. Also can serve it cold in summer.
